Do you ship outside the U.S?

Yes we do ship internationally. We offer economy and express, depending on what country you're in. Some countries have both options. We ship DDU, which means we ARE NOT collecting Duties or Taxes, and you'll be responsible for that when the package arrives in your country. Economy takes up to 30 days, and Express is usually under 7 days.

How do I get free U.S shipping?

Orders of $75 or more will qualify for free shipping.

Which books do your covers fit?

All of our jackets are designed to fit the US versions of each series. We typically design jackets for the most widely available edition. Check out our Size Guide for specifics and measurements.

When will my order ship?

Dust jacket and books usually ship in 2-3 business days. During new product launches and sales, shipping can take 7-10 days. If your order contains both an in stock item as well as a preorder item, the order won't ship until the preorder item is available.

How long does shipping take?

For contiguous USA, once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. 

What if my package is stolen?

Nerdy Ink is not responsible for stolen packages. If a delivered package is stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a report with the authorities or USPS.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, we'll gladly setup an exchange or return.

Due to the high price of shipping and duties, we will only refund the cost of the product for International orders.

To initiate a return simply reach out to our customer service team at or via our contact page and let them know why the product didn’t work for you.

What if I have a problem with an order?

All packages will have a tracking number, but sometimes things still get lost or damaged. If you have a lost or damaged package, or anything else goes wrong, please let us know right away.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying to reship the order.
