FAQ

We ship to most countries with rates starting at $7 and door to door tracking. We collect and remit duties and taxes for you.

Orders of $50 or more will qualify for free shipping.

Throne of Glass, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and Tolkien will begin shipping Mid-November. ACOTAR will begin shipping early December. If you placed an order with both ACOTAR and an existing set, the order won't ship until early December.

For contiguous USA, once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

Our international packages usually take 7-14 days.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Nerdy Ink is not responsible for stolen packages. If a delivered package is stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a report with the authorities or USPS.

We will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days. Dust Jackets must be unopened and in the plastic sleeve to be returnable. 

Due to the high price of shipping and duties, we will only refund the cost of the product for International orders.

To initiate a return simply reach out to our customer service team at hello@nerdy.ink or via our contact page and let them know why the product didn’t work for you. 

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All packages will have a tracking number, but sometimes things still get lost or damaged. If you have a lost or damaged package, please let us know within 30 days.
