We ship to most countries with rates starting at $7 and door to door tracking.
Orders of $35 or more will qualify for free shipping.
We are a small business and pack/ship all orders in house. We try our best to get orders out within 2-3 days. During big product launches, sales and other busy times it can take even longer. If you placed an order with both in stock and preorder items together, the order will not ship until all items are in stock.
For contiguous USA, once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days.
Our international packages go through a distribution center and take 7-10 days to leave the US. Total transit time is usually 13-20 days.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To initiate an exchange or return simply reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com or via our contact page and let them know your order number and why the product didn’t work for you.
For both returns and exchanges, a return label will be emailed to you. There is no charge to exchange an item. For returns, $4 will be deducted from the final amount to cover return shipping.
For T-Shirts, exchanges/returns can only be made on unwashed and unworn items.
We do not offer free exchanges for international orders. We do offer refunds, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All packages will have a tracking number, but sometimes things still get lost or damaged. If you have a lost or damaged package, please let us know within 30 days.
