We ship to most countries with rates starting at $7 and door to door tracking. We collect and remit duties and taxes for you. For shirts, we ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand.
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.
Orders of $75 or more will qualify for free shipping.
Dust jacket and books usually ship in 2-3 business days. Apparel orders usually ship in 4-5 business days. During new product launches and sales, shipping can take up to 7 days. Order that include both dust jackets and shirts will ship in two packages.
For contiguous USA, once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days.
Our international packages usually take 7-14 days.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Nerdy Ink is not responsible for stolen packages. If a delivered package is stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a report with the authorities or USPS.
If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, we'll gladly setup an exchange or return.
Due to the high price of shipping and duties, we will only refund the cost of the product for International orders.
To initiate a return simply reach out to our customer service team at hello@nerdy.ink or via our contact page and let them know why the product didn’t work for you.
All packages will have a tracking number, but sometimes things still get lost or damaged. If you have a lost or damaged package, or anything else goes wrong, please let us know right away.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying to reship the order.
